“Do good work, with good people, for the right reasons.”

That's not just a motto—it's how I've spent 24 years building safer compliance systems, capable teams, and responsible AI practice.

Pharmacist

THE CLINICAL FOUNDATION

24 years across hospital pharmacy, global pharmacovigilance, and regulatory affairs.

Not just theoretical—I've managed PV teams across the USA, UK, EU, China, and ASEAN. I've sat in TGA, EMA, and Health Canada inspections. Patient safety isn't a checkbox.

It's a lived experience.

Auditor

THE QUALITY LENS

ISO 9001/13485/42001 Lead Auditor. FANZCAP-credentialed in Medicine Safety. Working QPPVA. GCP and GVP Auditor.

I understand compliance not as a burden, but as clarity—the structure that lets good teams do their best work. I've seen what works.

I've seen what fails. I know the difference.

Builder

THE AI-NATIVE EDGE

I code. I validate. I document. I research and keep abreast of technology.

I build AI agents that work within your regulations, not around them. I design systems with human oversight, traceability, and audit trails baked in—not bolted on.

You get working systems. Your team becomes independent.

Educator

THE KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

I believe expertise should be shared, not hoarded.

I teach complex concepts in plain English. I mentor teams so they understand the "why," not just the "what." Every project includes capability transfer. You don't just get a solution—you get the understanding to own it.

That's how an authentic safety culture is built.

The Path Here

I became a pharmacist because I believe in clarity.

If someone takes a medicine, they need to know it's been tested, handled, and monitored with care. That confidence comes from systems. From people who care about quality, not as compliance, but as craft.

Over 24 years, I've worked across hospital pharmacy, global pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and quality systems. I've sat inon inspections. I've managed teams across continents. I've seen what works. I've seen what fails.

The pattern became clear: good teams get trapped in bad systems. They work harder to compensate. They burn out. Audit findings repeat. Nothing changes.

In 2022, I realised AI could change that. Not by replacing people—by amplifying them. By making systems more transparent, automating work that doesn't require human judgment, and letting expert teams focus on decisions that matter.

I built the prototype on the weekend. It worked.

Now I help Australian organisations design compliance systems that enable their teams, not exhaust them. Systems that pass inspections because they're built for safety, not fear.

Based in Brisbane. Trusted across APAC. And still driven by the same belief: patient safety starts with people, not paperwork.
